Since the Department of Youth Services provides for all needs of students, the YS Aide and YS Child Care Worker work very closely with the students to ensure their needs are met. An Aide or Child Care Worker may serve as a positive role model for the student while at the same time providing the encouragement and motivation the child needs to succeed. The Aides and Child Care Workers provide the structure and guidance the young people require while on our campuses.
